Simple steps to keep your coverage active
Service your vehicle every 12 months or 10,000 miles, or per manufacturer schedule — whichever comes first.
Retain all service receipts showing date and mileage at the time of each service visit.
Maintenance can be performed at ALM Mazda South or any licensed repair facility of your choice.
Return to ALM Mazda South for a complimentary inspection every 30,000 miles. A grace period of 1,500 miles applies.

If a covered issue arises, the process is straightforward
Bring your vehicle to the ALM Mazda South service department when a covered concern arises.
Show documentation of required maintenance, including service dates and mileage at the time of each visit.
Our trained technicians inspect your vehicle and determine whether the issue qualifies for coverage under the warranty.
Once approved, our team works directly with the warranty administrator to arrange and complete the covered repair.

Only covered when necessary to complete an approved warranty repair
Failures from improper maintenance, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
Electric vehicles, commercial-use vehicles, and vehicles modified from factory specs. Also excludes electronics, infotainment, suspension, and body parts.
